Sombrero COntest
This spring, Discamp falls on the same weekend as the Kentucky Derby and Cinco de Mayo, so we’re taking advantage of these special occasions and having a sombrero contest!! Bring along your most extravagant, elegant, or just plain out-there sombrero and join in the fun of both The Derby and Cino de Mayo. The best sombrero will be voted on by the campers and Saturday visitors, and the winner will get a special Discamp prize pack, including TNJ stickers and magnets!
This is a BYO Event!
Beer, Booze, Kayak, Paddleboard, Fishing Gear, Swimwear, ETC….You get the picture!

The campground sits directly on Florida’s Indian River and offers shoreline fishing and a place to launch kayaks and paddleboards for hours of Florida fun in the sun! Make sure to remember your sunscreen!

The campground has a small swimming pool and recreation room for those who want to stay cool and have some aquatic fun but would rather stay off the river.

We’ll have Beer Pong and Corn Hole set up, and the campground offers Shuffle Board and a Horse Shoe Pit.
But there’s nothing wrong with just wanting to sit and socialize too!
